To streamline the City of Riverside’s budgeting process, I developed versatile program templates that allow departments to efficiently input data for hundreds of programs while maintaining consistency and accessibility.
To accommodate different program needs, I designed 1-page and 2-page layouts that clearly present key details—budget allocation, strategic alignment, measurable outcomes, and priorities. I also incorporated infographics and data visualizations to simplify financial information for a broader audience. This conceptual publication serves as both an internal resource and a public transparency tool, ensuring cohesive design, ease of use, and improved communication.
